Controls Technician

Job Description

Constellation Search Group is seeking Control Technicians for full-time direct hire positions. The Control Technicians will ensure that control systems operate reliably and efficiently. These individuals play an essential role by providing critical support through troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving the uptime of vital equipment, all while maintaining a safe and productive environment.
Responsibilities:
     
  • Assist in new installations of equipment and perform emergency repairs on control systems.
    •  
  • Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime.
    •  
  • Support project work with Controls Engineers, from concept to completion.
    •  
  • Document work performed on control systems and support process improvements.
    •  
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and actively participate in safety programs.
Qualifications:
     
  • High school diploma or GED.
    •  
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial controls.
    •  
  • Ability to read and navigate PLC logic, schematics, and instrumentation feedback.
    •  
  • Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLC systems and electrical testing equipment.
