Job Description

Constellation Search Group is seeking an IT Application Analyst for a full-time direct hire position. This experienced professional will join the Global IT Planning & Sourcing Systems team and work closely with business stakeholders to create and adopt software solutions in SAP Planning & Sourcing. The role involves end-to-end project management, requiring strong development and integration expertise, along with excellent communication and project management skills.  
Responsibilities:   
     
  • Act as a liaison between Information Technology (IT) and business leadership teams. 
    •  
  • Collect, analyze, review, document, and communicate business needs and requirements. 
    •  
  • Ensure the design and implementation of IT solutions that foster business growth through technology. 
    •  
  • Participate in the "buy vs. build " decision-making process. 
    •  
  • Partner proactively to understand business processes and technology direction. 
    •  
  • Identify, propose, and influence business solutions, negotiating deliverables and requirements. 
    •  
  • Develop and improve business processes, assisting with the development of metrics. 
    •  
  • Serve in leadership roles within the business unit and IT organization. 
    •  
  • Manage and balance the needs of diverse business customers within the IT organization. 
    •  
  • Supervise the project work of application analysts and consultants. 
    Qualifications:   
     
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. 
    •  
  • Minimum of 8 years of related IT experience. 
    •  
  • Demonstrated experience in IT system development and integration, with preferred skills in SAP ABAP, SAP Portal, SAP FIORI, Java & HTML5. 
    •  
  • Experience building solutions within SAP Procurement Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, and Sourcing work streams. 
    •  
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies to align with business priorities and develop MVPs. 
    •  
  • Strong understanding of structured analysis, design, programming techniques, and change management. 
    •  
  • Expert skills in analyzing business problems and translating them into application solutions. 
    •  
  • Proven track record of successful large-scale implementation projects as a leader and developer. 
    •  
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new business concepts, application systems, and technologies. 
    •  
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with internal customers, IT Associates, vendors, and IT senior leadership.

Salary Disclaimer:   
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $145,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
