Job Description
Constellation Search Group is seeking a Lead Applications Analyst for a full-time direct hire position. The Lead Applications Analyst will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and supporting Oracle EBS R12 Order Manager platform, with potential expansion into Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud and Oracle configurator. This role requires strong technical expertise to architect new solutions and support existing systems related to Order Management, Inventory, and Pricing operations within Oracle ERP. The Analyst will be pivotal in transforming Order to Cash processes and facilitating ERP Cloud rollouts.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical solutions and projects focused on Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
- Support and maintain Oracle R12 on-prem Order Management, Inventory, Advanced Pricing, Configurator modules, and related customizations.
- Support and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management, Inventory, and Pricing applications, including troubleshooting incidents.
- Translate business requirements and functional design documents into technical requirements.
- Collaborate with external support vendors for daily incident support, root cause analysis, fixes, enhancements, and Oracle Support to ensure release and patch testing.
- Provide ad-hoc data extracts for business decision-making and integrate Oracle ERP Order Management with enterprise systems.
- Facilitate communication between business users and developers to identify gaps and resolve questions.
- Work with users to identify functional use cases, establish test scenarios and prepare documentation, including Configuration documents, Installation Documents, Functional documents, design documents, test cases, and user training.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline.
- 7 years of technical experience in Oracle ERP systems.
- 5 years of experience in implementing, upgrading, and supporting Oracle ERP Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, and Bill of Materials Modules.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Quote to Order and Order to Cash Processes.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, data conversions, extensions, and Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflows, Alerts, customizations, and personalization.
- Experience in SQL/PLSQL programming, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Preferred experience in Oracle iStore and/or Oracle Configurator, CMK, EDI processing, OTBI, BICC, Middleware technologies, and ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
- Knowledge and experience in additional Oracle modules and WMS applications, and in Oracle ERP Cloud configurations.
