Job Description

Constellation Search Group is seeking a Data Analyst for a full-time direct hire position. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing behavioral patterns, conversion/task flow, and adoption across all digital properties, with a focus on public sites, account opening, and both mobile and online banking services. This role includes ensuring consistent data collection aligned with tracking standards, translating data into actionable insights, and recommending improvements for user experience and content creation. Strong communication skills are crucial for documenting findings and presenting concise results to peers and senior management.

Responsibilities:
     
  • Conduct analysis on behavioral patterns, conversion/task flow completion, and adoption for all digital properties, primarily focusing on the public site, account opening, and mobile and online banking.
    •  
  • Monitor and ensure data consistency and alignment with established tracking standards.
    •  
  • Translate data into insights and recommendations for enhancing user experience and content creation.
    •  
  • Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards using platforms like Adobe Analytics and PowerBI.
    •  
  • Assist senior analytics team members with developing and executing KPIs and strategy.
    •  
  • Create data visualization and dashboard deliverables.
    •  
  • Perform any related duties necessary to align with the organization's vision, purpose, and values.
Qualifications:
     
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Web Design, or comparable experience.
    •  
  • Minimum of two years of experience in digital marketing web analytics.
    •  
  • Proficient with web analytics and data visualization platforms, especially Adobe Analytics.
    •  
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to new technologies.
    •  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with senior leadership and technical resources.
    •  
  • Ability to think strategically and make decisions benefiting the organization.
    •  
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all technical levels.
    •  
  • Ideal candidates will have great math skills and experience with coding languages like R and Python.
    •  
  • Skilled in building Excel formulas and SQL queries, including complex queries with multiple tables and conditions.
    •  
  • A self-starter with a strong attention to detail and passion for data, contributing to the evolution of the organization's digital channel.
