Vice President of Implementation

Job Description

    Constellation Search Group is seeking a Vice President of Implementation for a full-time direct hire position. The Vice President of Implementation provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across the implementation portfolio. They are responsible for scaling delivery capabilities, ensuring consistent execution, and aligning implementation efforts with enterprise-wide priorities. The VP leads a cross-functional team, drives process standardization, and serves as a key partner to Sales, Product, and Client Services.   
 
 
 
 
     Responsibilities:   
 
      
  •   
       Lead and manage multiple implementation teams across concurrent client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.  
      
    •   
  •   
       Develop and execute implementation strategies that align with growth objectives and operational standards.  
      
    •   
  •   
       Oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and performance tracking across all implementation streams.  
      
    •   
  •   
       Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to support pre-sales scoping, client onboarding, and solution alignment.  
      
    •   
  •   
       Establish and monitor KPIs for implementation success, including budget adherence, timeline compliance, and client feedback.  
      
    •   
  •   
       Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.  
      
    •   
  •   
       Serve as an escalation point for complex implementation challenges and client concerns.  
      
    •   
  •   
       Partner with the COO and executive team to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and strategic investment.  
      
    •   
  •   
       Support the positive compliant cybersecurity company posture by familiarizing with all policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.  
      
    •  
 
     Qualifications:   
 
      
  •   
       8  years of experience in implementation leadership.  
      
    •   
  •   
       Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects with measurable outcomes.  
      
    •   
  •   
       Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience managing remote and cross-functional teams.  
      
    •   
  •   
       Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.  
      
    •   
  •   
       Healthcare, SaaS, or professional services specific implementation leadership preferred.  
      
    •   
  •   
       PMP or equivalent certification preferred; MBA a plus.  
      
    •   
  •   
       Excellent communication and relationship skills with all stakeholders.  
      
    •   
  •   
       Ability to effectively and respectfully interact with a diverse client base.  
      
    •   
  •   
       Ability to maintain confidentiality and speak in public, including trainings.  
      
    •
