Job Description
Constellation Search Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a full-time direct hire position. The Senior Financial Analyst will provide strategic financial insights and decision-making support across the organization's dynamic portfolio. This role is vital for individuals who excel at solving complex business challenges, transforming data into strategic directions, and operating effectively in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to develop and maintain financial models supporting key strategic initiatives.
- Analyze performance across a multi-brand, multi-state structure, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and margin improvement.
- Build detailed P&L forecasts, scenario planning tools, and ROI models for new store openings, menu innovations, and promotional activities.
- Consolidate financials and business KPIs across multiple restaurant concepts and legal entities, collaborating closely with Accounting.
- Lead monthly business reviews, delivering clear, actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
- Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes through 3-statement modeling.
- Assist in capital planning, debt modeling, and financing support as the group continues to expand.
- Develop and automate dashboards and tools to increase visibility and expedite decision-making.
- Prepare quarterly presentations for the board of directors.
- Regularly participate in period-end close processes and provide financial review and audit assistance.
Qualifications: - 4 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in hospitality, retail, or multi-unit operations.
- Strong fluency in financial modeling, forecasting, and building complex Excel models.
- Experience navigating and simplifying complex organizational structures.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools and ERP/financial systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to rapid change.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA is a plus).
